ABOUT URBAN ORGANICS
Urban Organics - a modern agricultural start-up was founded by Luke Rein, who at the time - was just 17 years of age.

Originally, Luke set out with a few popular culinary herbs and went on to grow a variety for a small-scale pesto company known as 'Lorets Pesto'. Shortly thereafter, Urban Organics adopted an interest in microgreens, simply for its distinct taste, and therapeutic value.

Although Urban Organics is classified as a small-scale farm, Luke has created a vision for the company, that he believes will revolutionize farming practices in Africa.
How We Grow
Organic is a word that describes our goal in cultivation. Our microgreens are grown under bioengineered lighting systems, that works in symbiosis with our greens. We currently use a hydroponic systems that enables the cultivation of a sustainable product .
